How to get resource(img,css) from classpath?

I have a lot of web application, that have same images, css, javascript. I want to have a one jar file with this resource and use it. Can I do it?
I read about ResourceHandler. But I can not write my Handler. It can be little complex.
I use IceFaces 2.0.2,
