If i put <META HTTP-EQUIV="EXPIRES" CONTENT="-1" /> tag in one jsp and include same jsp on other jsp's. Do i need to put META tag again or other jsp's will inherit META tag from included jsp? Please help.

It's the generated HTML that counts, and by including this one JSP, the other JSPs will get that tag as well (provided you include the JSP unconditionally).

Why not just check at the browser and see for yourself?
