Struts Tags in WAS 6.0

We are deployed a war file in WAS 6.0 which was created using the WAS 5.1.When we tried to access the application home page. No Struts tags are compiled, so that we can't see the Text box and buttons. This makes our application not go further.

If you guys have any idea on that why this is not working. However the same build is fine in WAS 6.0.2 Express which we deployed using the update option which is listed in the WAS console. Please let me know if you have any inputs/comments.

Please do not cross-post the same question in multiple forums. It wastes people's time when multiple redundant conversations take place.
