There's a few reasons:
Hiring entry level employees is expensive because you have to train them
Many companies hire entry level employees through university recruiting rather than directly through job openings
Many companies hire entry level employees through internship programs rather than directly through job openings
Many companies hire entry level employees seasonally based on when university ends
Have you tried looking for part time work or an internship to gain some more experience/gain connections etc?

No idea. I don't live in India. Not that I know of an entry level job where I live either. Just trying to offer some other suggestions on how to look.

Perhaps you should post a request, along with your resume and other details, to the Job wanted forum. This forum is for discussion only.

Getting the first job is always the hardest. Try to get a foot in the door even if it is on a voluntary basis (2-3 days a week).
