JBPM 5.1 tutorial does not work

Hello,
1) I have downloaded jbpm-5.1.0.Final from page http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbpm/files/jBPM%205/.
2) Then i successfuly executed "ant install.demo " .
3) Then I tried to execute "ant start.demo" and after 5 minutes i received following error:
c:\programs\jbpm-installer>ant start.demo

[echo] Checking h2 download ...
download.h2:
start.h2:
start.jboss:
BUILD FAILED
c:\programs\jbpm-installer\build.xml:450: jboss did not start within 5 minutes
It is insane because when i execute "run.bat" script from embeded jboss folder(c:\programs\jbpm-installer\jboss-5.1.0.GA\bin\ ), JBoss starts without any errors in 3 minutes. Can anybody help me?

Try the download from redhat web site. Use this URL http://ufpr.dl.sourceforge.net/project/jbpm/jBPM%205/jbpm-5.2.0.Final/jbpm-5.2.0.Final-installer-full.zip.
