I doubt anyone can answer this question conclusively. Not all companies have the same hiring process for their requirements. I would suggest that you narrow down the areas you want to prepare on by studying the company and their requirements.

Hiring process is different from company to company and person to person. All you can do is brush up on the basics.

Now a days companies in Singapore have written test as well as technical round(s) of interviews. The process is lengthy for local candidates. Moreover, at this point in time, I am not sure whether any of the comapnies in Singapore preferring foreigners unless you've rare skill set. For regular skills like Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts and Spring etc there are too candidates available locally.

As far as interview goes, they can literally ask you 'anything' you mentioned in your resume. I understand that each technology is a near 1000 page specification and no one is perfect. But try to cover as much as possible by quickly going through and putting more emphasis on critical things like intergrating spring and hibernate, hibernate caching etc.

Core Java and Database should be exceptionally strong. Job chances are higher if you have good experience in Websphere or Weblogic and Web Services.
