Connection Reset Error while deploying wsdl file on Server

i am not getting why this error comes when i run my java program

It looks like the connection is getting closed out before or during your request. Can you share your source code to help debug?

i don't think this is a connection close problem.can you tell me wether this is a FireWall block to any site ?
i want to run following program but the problem is for following line
strResponse = callingcard.activate("1","aaa","test","(Token Number)");

What "activate("1","aaa","test","(Token Number)")" method does and the "url" you use is accessible from the machine where you have this code executed?

but the code is working now. problem was with our firewall setting !
