listview creation programmatically

i am creating a listview programmatically and i am getting error may i know what am i doing wrong in this code

first i will like thank Hussein Baghdadi after a long time i got replay in this forum and i am getting error like this java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: addView(View, LayoutParams) is not supported in AdapterView
