Do you have any idea about this test, scope, eligibility, ……
Is it better than SCEA ?
Both certificate can be beneficial ?

The test objectives indicate it is a tooling test not a test about architecture. They are at completely different levels/topics. I rarely see people put tool certifications on their resume/CV for coding.
