Unable to read TLD "META-INF/c.tld" from JAR file "file:/C:/Users/computer/Desktop/jstl-impl-1.2.jar": org.apache.jasper.JasperException: PWC6169: Failed to load or instantiate TagLibraryValidator class: org.apache.taglibs.standard.tlv.JstlCoreTLV
This error occurs when using jstl in netbeans(JSP)
any idea why it is?
