Text to speak converter, .dll

Hello,
I have an issue. I try to integrate a “text to speech converter” into an already existing project in Net beans. The only one I found that supports my language (Greek) requires a .dll so it can be putted in the source file e.tc (however I don't have a clue if this will work). I also tried to use FreetSS1.2 but the results were rather disappointed (possibly I have done it in the wrong way).
Any help will be welcome…
