I was going through strictfp keyword in
, can you guys please explain me the situation where do we require the use of this keyword, and what the purpose of this keyword in java, guys please explain this concept in detail..!!

Didn't you read about it already? If you didn't, then go and do that first.
And if you did... don't ask us to write a special tutorial just for you personally. That's a bit too demanding. Instead, tell us what you didn't understand about what you read, and ask a question.

I just read the wikipedia article on
and found it rather wordy and difficult to follow.
Basically this is what the whole article stated, in one short breath:
Some systems are more precise with floating point calculations than others, strictfp makes the floating point calculations less precise in order to ensure proper behavior on more precise systems.
My best guess would be that you would use that keyword if you're working with legacy code.
* By "system" - I mean VM
