Oracle D2k(Developer 2000) migration to Java

Hello.

I have one application already developed in Oracle D2K (Developer 2000) consist of Forms and Reports. Now i want to convert it into Java application. I need some information.

1--> Which Java Framwork should i use ?
2--> Points i need keep in mind while migration ?
3--> Is there any tool which is useful to migrate it to Java based application ?

Any one have any kind of information please do reply.
