Hi Anjali,
For preparation, I would recommend to go through the SCEA FAQs as a first step and the information is pretty useful. Also check the SCEA WallOfFame and read the stories and I am sure all of them provide you the enough information to start.
As Shashikant said, go through the oracle certification page to understand the steps involved in SCEA certification path and also the syllabus of each part.
