I am a big fan of chicken curry , fried fish etc but when I was in South India to my Hometown having veg food all the time.It was really calm and relaxing for my body..But still I couldnt give up Non Veg foods once I came back...
Will you be willing to be a veggie if it calms your body

In Mumbai, I consume Non-Veg a lot and it has made my body stiff and theres no proper digestion ... well I love tasting such Non Veg food a lot but when I was in my village I was given Veg meals. You cant argue with your family to provide Non Veg food to whom you are meeting after a long time.. As a kid I just ate the veg meals., but once intaking this veg meal which was cooked beautifully, there was a sense of satisfaction and happiness that somehow I got rid of hunger by some light veg meal.... and my whole boday sytem was in perfect harmony
I mean when one gets addicted to non veg food its like really difficult for the person to switch to veg foods. But those who are vegetriians wouldnt notice the differnce

You know how you get that amazing taste in non-veg food, right? Yes, from the spices and the various combinations of "key" vegetables in a non-veg dish. Think about it, why are Chicken-do-pyaza, chettinad chicken, butter chicken, rogan josh, so tasty. It is all because of the spices. Try eating a raw boiled piece of chicken and you will know where that awesome taste of tandoori chicken comes from
Assuming that you are talking about Indian non veg. To the west, spicy means three things...chillies, chillies, and what's the third?...oh yes, chillis. No? Ok...halopenos But you know how many things your mom puts in that curry ) You know the meaning of the word "masala". It is called masala for a reason. And it is all veg.
So rest assured that you are addicted to the spices and not the non-veg component of it. A spicy Chole, a dal makhni or a chilli paneer will give you the same kick and better nutrients.
I switched to veg and don't miss non-veg for a second.
