SCEA 5 upgrade exam (1Z0-868) - books/hints please?

Hello people!
I will soon face the time when i ll need to upgrade my SCEA to SCEA5, or OCMJEA...
I was wondering if anyone did that recently and can give me an idea of the content, can suggest good books to study , hints etc..?
It would be much appreciated!

Tom,
The Cade/Sheil book is good. While I haven't taken the upgrade exam, it should be similar to the regular part 1 but with an emphasis on the newer content and a higher passing score.
