Websphere Server startup issue

My server and application were working fine and i tried to do something, not sure how but i messed up

Now i have a lot of errors at startup of server

This is first error and i think root of others..
Please suggest how to go about resolving this


Configuration file name is not defined and instanceName =server1
at com.ibm.commerce.server.WebApp.init(WebApp.java:352)
