I want to know the way by which you can change the selectOneMenu's background color with arrow change. Hate to have default one in my web page. (Like dojo component's dropdown select, but for my requirement dojo is not a right one).

CSS.

You can change an individual control's appearance with the "style" or "styleClass" CSS. For making all controls change appearance, override the "input select" style just like you would in raw HTML.
