Richface/Primefaces Elements are not rendered

Hi,

I have a problem using component libraries like Richfaces and Primefaces in my JSF project.

I'm using:
- Mojarra 2.1.4
- Richface 4.1.0 final
- Primefaces 3.0 RC2
- Tomcat 6

I want to compare the selectOneMenu from different libraries but the only one that is renderd is the one from JSF itself.

Here is my xhtml code:

and this is the result html:

The components from Primefaces and Richfaces are not rendered.
I included Richfaces and Primefaces in the exact way like it is described in each installation guides.

It would be great if anyone could give me an advice what the reason for this could be.

Regards,
Manuel

The h:selectOneMenu is been rendered?

Try add the <f:view contentType="text/html"> after your <h:body>.

PS: remember to close it! :P

Yes, the h:selectOneMenu is rendered.

I added a surronding f:view element for the content of h:body but it didn't have any influence.

Are you sure the libraries are declared right? I think Primefaces changed to
xmlns:p="http://primefaces.org/ui

I know Netbeans would give an error but I'm not sure which IDE you're on.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
