how ActionServlet finds the uri if redirecting with logic:redirect

Hi,

While going through one of the Struts based application, I found <logic:redirect href="somedirectory/index.myname"/>. I want to know how ActionServlet decides the passed URI based on that it will look for action tag within struts-config file.
