Running scheduler through thread

We are using one demon thread and from my main thread through scheduler we are running
m1, m2 and m3 threads. When m1 thread is running the other two threads are in waiting state.
There is also max number of try for each thread. The scheduler is scheduled driven
And as well as event driven. In scheduled driven sometimes we are facing that before completion
of one thread the new scheduler is starting and one more scenario is some time in scheduled
Timing some modules are running and one or even two modules are skipped as all these
Things are logged so we are missing logs, so we don't have any information about other two threads
So can someone please suggest me how to handle this. Is there any alternative for thread or any
Suggestion to handle threads in a better way.

thanks in advance.

Agreed. Some of it may be caused by the OP using his own terminology. Not sure. Regardless, something, could be code examples, could be an elaboration, is needed. The question / request is just too confusing.
