Auto Change &lt; &gt; to < > in Eclipse Helios

Hi,

I loaded a file into the Eclipse Helios. Somehow, all "<" and ">" becomes < and > for example:

   </tr>
   <tr>
      <td align="right">Association Begin Date:</td>
      <td>March 10, 2011</td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
      <td align="right">Association Active:</td>
      <td>true
         			
      </td>
   </tr>

Because there are lots of them, it is difficult to make changes manually. Is there anyway to automatically convert them back to "<" and ">"?

Why doesn't find/replace all meet your needs? I'm thinking there is something unstated in the question.
