Hi there,

here's a scenario:
1. the end user clicks an image on the screen
2. the flow goes to the dispatchAction
3. method does some data manipulation
4. now I would like to return to the same page (ok,that's simple) but with another window to show some info (the info I got in 3)

any idea?
THANK YOU

In your dispatch action, put the data that you want to redisplay in the window in request scope. On the jsp that you forward to after the action, check to see if that data is in request scope. If so, in the onload() of the body, call window.open() with those parameters to display the data.

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
