How to configure Max and Min Pool Size for MDB ???

Dear Ranchers ,
I am working on the Message Driven Bean(MDB) and Weblogic 11g and I wanted to configure the min and max pool size for that same. I tried to set the max pool size using ActivationConfigProperties annotation but I can see zero instances in pool. Is there any way I can configured min and max pool size in MDB using Annotations.
