Showing results fetched in a pop window in Struts2

In a struts2 application I have a search criteria, let's say search employee by employee name. Then it should display that data on the page after fetching from database. But some times there are many employees with same name. So it should display those records with employee id and employee name on a pop up window and selecting a record from that list should display that record details on the main page and same time the pop up window should get closed.

Can any one help to achieve this?
