Adobe Flex and Hibernate

Hi all,
I have started this project that combine Flex ,Hibernate and RESTFul services. There is no error in run time but there is no data Get or Post.
I have been looking for a solution for almost three weeks, and I'm really need someone who has an experience to take a look to the code and tell me the problem.
