Hi,
I am planning to give SCJP1.6 certification. For that i gone through many forums. All suggested te best book is kathy seira only, but some where i found Kahlid mughal also.
I have read almost 5 chapters in kathy, and more over i heard that khalid mughal is the one who is setting paper for scjp isn't it?
And suggest me the best book among these two.

You need to be using the SCJP Forum for all your SCJP related queries.

And I have moved your query to the related SCJP Forum.

Also please SearchFirst for queries related to preparation tips or books or about the exam.

The SCJP paper isn't set by one person- Its a collective effort of a team of people. Also there are a pool of questions framed and the questions for the exam are picked from this pool. So different candidates might get totally different set of questions.

It would not change frequently. Though there would be changes in the newer version of exam when compared to its previous version. You can always target certain version and then prepare for it. Choose the version which is more new than an older version.
