how to submit dynamic row generated in JSP using struts

I have requirement where i have add row dynamically and insert in to tdatabase using struts1. PLease let meknow how to modify current javascript function and imy JSP element so that form can receive all the dynamic generated values

below are function in javascript thati am using in the JSP
