Hi,
sorry but I don't know were to put this question as its not a java question but a developer using netbeans might know the answer! I have installed glassfish as part of netbeans installation but I can't get into the admin ui. I have looked everywhere and forums say the default user/password is admin/adminadmin. It doesn't work! I have also tried to download glassfish on its own to and then hook it up to netbeans but that doesn't work either. Even the Oracle site tells me its admin/adminadmin. Clearly this is not the case, why haven't they noticed this? Is there something I am doing wrong?
Cheers

Hello,
Did you try to ask your question on a NetBeans forum? Here you find plenty of them:
http://forums.netbeans.org/index.php
I would suggest the "NetBeans Platform Users" forum.
Second, did you try to open your session from inside NetBeans? For instance:
- Open the window: Window => Services
- Expand the node with Glassfish. If you have nothing, right-clic on it and select open
- Then on the same menu you may have "View admin console" to open browser page
on localhost:<your port>.
Don't ask me more questions, I never used this so I can't answer more.
good luck with it.
Enrico
