I am trying to find a schedule of when the OCJP certification exams are given. I have looked at the Oracle website and can't find a schedule of places and dates. Where can I locate this information?

It would be better to visit Pro metric center. They will give you complete details

I dont think SCJP is still offered through pro metric. I think its pearson VUE.
