First, Welcome!

What do you think about frameworks like the Google Web Toolkit? Last year they demonstrated it's use at developing games, to include Angry Birds, for web browsers. Can support for HTML5 in GWT and it's use for game programming be far behind?

Regards,

Bill,

I love GWT. I am fortunate to know some of the devs that worked on GWT and Angry Birds. The project that allowed Rovio to port AngryBirds to Chrome uses GWT for the HTML5 bits. It's called PlayN. It came out a little too late for me to cover in the book but expect some tutes in the future.
