Server side includes in WebLogic 10.3.5

I have a project, before this day, use tomcat, and in my project, I use shtml to include other shtml. but today, my boss order me, should use weblogic, so i install weblogic 10.3.5(windows)

there have many problem, I solution some(I never use weblogic!)

so, my question is how the weblogic 10.3.5 can support the sthml?
