Hi James,
Weclome to Java Ranch. I always had a question in mind for HTML 5 hope its not stupid.
It has always been said that HTML does not give that much of a design control so css came. But does HTML 5 give that control previously which HTML couldn't give ? Why is still CSS there?

HTML5 does not add design elements back into the document markup.
