Well, of course, the obvious solution is to break up some chairs and build a fire. Since you seem to be working through the dinner hour, you're probably hungry, and the fire would also allow you to make s'mores. I'm not seeing any down sides to this plan.

Be sure to disable the smoke detectors first. The water from the sprinklers is likely to be cold.

Every office I've worked in has banned personal heaters like that. people bring them in, and they somehow 'disappear', and the person is now out the $$$.

The chair I'm sitting on is made of metal and various plastics. The seat part looks sort of clothy, but no doubt inside it there's some kind of foam cushion. So setting it on fire would make some horrendous black smoke but not a lot of heat. That would probably spoil anything I tried to cook over the fire, too.

Not that there's anything I could cook here; at other places in the company I work for you could raid the buyers' offices at night and get samples of the latest junk food, but not here.

LOL -- I have one of those in my office. It isn't mine, and I don't know where it came from originally, but nobody has complained that it's in my office now.
