hi guys....
i have been doing core java for long now. but now i want to go for Android.

how much salary could i expect to get on start & after?
how much time i need to be sufficient in its programming?
& should i go for it or Advance java(servlet, jsp,ejb.....)?
which books should i refer to start with?

I can't comment on your first three questions since they are relative, subjective and depends on you.
However if you are fan of "Head First" titles, then I suggest to check out Head First Android Developement. Currently I'm reading it and I'm satisfied.
