Company A or Company B

Hi friends,

I got two offers one from Company A and one from Company B.
Both locations are in Bangalore.

In Company A role is Tech Lead and in Company B role is Senior Associate L1.
Package is same for both.
Please suggest which one is the best to join for longer growth and job security.
