Can't see picture (stupid work filters)...but a little googling says you just use a muffin tin up-side down. Surely, Bear, you have muffin tins?

Muffin tins are too big, too boring, and not non-stick on the backs. This pan is non-stick on both sides, and the perfect size (and a fancy shape) for cookie bowls.
