You can either post it here in Ranch Office or PM any of the staff. Ranch Office would be preferable as it has a higher probability of getting noticed (and rectified) by any of the staff.

This seems like a good time to mention that there will soon be a feature where you can report things like this to moderators directly from the post.

I can't recall ever having seen such a button.

Campbell: so new, in fact, that we mere mortals can't see it yet. There is no such button currently, that can be seen by non-moderators.

Don’t know about that; I shall try logging off, then the website will think I am a non-mod, and I’ll see whether that button disappears.

When I logged out, the only button visible was “quote”, but that appeared faint. I shall presume, as Mike S says, that the

button is at present only visible to us mods.
