how to login into https website and get the response in Java?

Hi,

Now the client gives us a url to deliver data, how can i achieve it in Java?
Here present the method I'm trying, it doesn't work.

URL:
https://165.193.215.51/xmlfeeds/index.html

Code I'm using:

            URL url = new URL("https://165.193.215.51/xmlfeeds/createXML.aspx?username=XXXX&password=XXXX&dataType=events");
            URLConnection urlConn = url.openConnection();
            BufferedReader buffer = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(urlConn.getInputStream()));
            String lineData = null;
            while ((lineData = buffer.readLine()) != null) {
                System.out.println(lineData);
            }
            buffer.close();
        } catch (MalformedURLException e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
        } catch (IOException e) {
            e.printStackTrace();
        }
