SCWCD. question about type and class. one day to try the exam. please help.

hey Guys how is everyting.. tomorrow is the day

i have a tricky question i think you can help. out i have 2 classes.

public abstract class Person 
{
     protected String Name;
     protected Integer Age;
     public Integer getAge(){return Age;}
     public void setAge(Integer Age){this.Age = Age;}   
     public String getName(){return Name;}
     public void setName(String Name) {this.Name = Name;}}

and

public class Student extends Person
{
    private String School;
    public String getSchool(){return School;}
    public void setSchool(String School){this.School = School;}}

and i have a JSP.

       <jsp:useBean id="myBean" type="Beans.Person" class="Beans.Student" >
           <jsp:setProperty name="myBean" property="school" value="ChiperOrtizLennon"/>
       </jsp:useBean>
       The Schoool Name Is:  <jsp:getProperty name="myBean" property="school"/>      

the name is printed.. why is that..
i should not see the School name from a Instance of Person (School is not a property of person..)
i have try in java class. i can´t see school name.. only name and age..
why in UseBean does.. i just thought i was doing a

 Person Instance = new Student();

and this is wrong.

Instance.getSchool();

in a normal java class..
or useBean is doing a kind of

       
 Object OClazz = new Student();
 System.out.println(((Student)OClazz).getSchool());
