Just want to make sure I sign up to take the right test.
I took the SCJA (Associate) exam already and now want to take the SCJP.
I took the SCJA exam for Java 7. I heard that the SCJP exam for Java 7 would be available in November of last year. Is it out yet?
I looked at the list of available tests on PearsonVue's home page, but didn't see SCJP for Java 7.
Is it not out yet, or is it just not available at the closest testing center (I live in Japan)?
Are the names of the tests changed as of Java 7? The SCJA test I took before is called Java SE 7 Programmer 1, and I think that the SCJP test is called Java SE 7 Programmer 2.
I did find this test:
1Z0-851 Java Standard Edition 6 Programmer Certified Professional Exam
Is this one the official name of the SCJP test for Java SE 6?
