Hmm, based upon its body and face shape, I'd venture part Pug. And the flipped over tail is a feature of the Pomeranian. So I'm guessing a Pugeranian?

OK, half-way there. The fur is somewhat terrier-like, so I'm guessing the other half to be some terrier. Based on the coloring, perhaps a Jack Russell?
