I downloaded 1.6.1 Axis2 plug-ins for Eclipse and installed it into the drop-ins folder in Eclipse. I also upgraded my eclipse to the enterprise edition. When I open up the dialog under File -> New -> Other..., however, the Axis 2 plug-ins don't exist. What gives?
I had previously used the Axis1 plug-ins in Eclipse to generate the java classes from a third-party wsdl I am supposed to use, but when I inspected the classes, the beans didn't seem to be accessing the xsds. They only had one property, xmlDoc, rather that the properties that were provided in the example code (which is in VB.NET unfortunately). A coworker pointed out that the wsdl was using SOAP 1.2, so I thought I would give Axis2 a go, but no love.
Thanks,
Rob
