BCA Graduate working as Software developer wants to go for Higher studies

I want to do post graduation please suggest me which degree is of worth ?

But Doing MCA(Master Of Computer Application ) for 3yrs take a long time. I can max go for 2yrs Master program. Is that any master degree is their for 2 yr?

Looks like you are more interested in obtaining that paper instead of knowledge. For a real student, the learning never ends.

Most MSc courses in this country are one-year courses, but if you are from outside Europe, they can be very expensive.

I am in India... and here companies want degree for promotion(Higher Position).. so I am completely confused what to do...?

Looks like you been keeping wrong company (pun intended)
I am not a graduate and today I am working as an architect. I got one more friend who is also not a graduate and he is working as a QA Manager. And yes, if it matters, both of us are employed by so called MNCs

You can take a M.Sc degree in Computer Science (2years) or do PGDCA (1year) from any reputed university in India. If you ask my personal view in the IT industry, i would suggest you that you should try to add some professional certifications instead of these degrees. It saves time, money and instantly increases your skill set. The fact is if you earn a M.Sc degree from a highly reputed university you get a better pay by switching your job, else the scenario is almost the same.
And if you are planning to do an M.S.(Master of Science) Degree abroad, the course is of 1 year and you may get a work permit while studying and some countries in the Europe offer you time to search for a job after completion of your degree while being there for sometime. Even The UK used to give such kind of time but it was recently revoked as far as i can remember. Any such course would cost you between 1-1.5 Million INR.

Hence, IMHO you should try to get some certifications in the technology you are working and try to switch jobs after a period of 6 months. I'm sure this will help you get a good hike. You can go for higher studies if you have a longtime vision and have some planned strategy in mind. But from your post, it looks like you need an instant career boost so you now know what to do.

All you need is good technical and soft skills to move up the ladder. Do a higher study only if you think it can help acquire skills, not just for a piece of paper.
