regarding DAO

Hi guys,

I am having little knowledge regarding DAO's.
I know that it is useful to connect to databases from our application.
But i want clear idea regarding this DAO's.

Hi.

DAO are Data Access Objects,where you actually write data base related statements.like creating a connection,executing query etc.

you have to use this DAO object in your Action Class.
This makes a clear separation of having business layer in your application.
