hi all. i am a beginner in web services . i am doing my (ME)project on web service composition using Quality of services of web service like Response time, frequency, success rate , reputation, availability. i have deployed the web services using tomcat,axis2. I am using Mysql database and i used to store the QoS values using that database. Is there any free web sites to host my web services so that there will be some delay in response time ,etc?
