I believe its Klatu from The Day the Earth Stood Still in the top row, about 5 from the left. Glowing light that goes back and forth, kinda like Kitt the car did decades later.

Almost. Klaatu was the humanoid alien -- the robot is Gort.

The cop robot is Robert Patrick from Terminator 2, right?
Are Bill and Ted robots? They seem to be in there.

Not quite. They're the evil Bill and Ted from "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey".

OK, got a few more that I think have been missed (sorry if I missed someone else giving them):

Kryten from Red Dwarf
A Scutter, also from Red Dwarf
Bubo (the owl) from Clash of the Titans (original version)
The butler robot on the right looks like one out of Sleeper (Woody Allen's character pretends to be one at one point)
Evil Edna (television set from Willo the Wisp - British kids programme)
Marvin (someone's already got him, but there are two: TV and film versions)
Ludwig (bizarre cartoon - that's the egg with the violin)
Nono from Ulysses 31
Another Wallace & Gromit character - the cooker is from A Grand Day Out
Smash robot (instant potato advert)

And I'm going to completely kill any credibility I've got by recognising Noo-Noo from Tellytubbies.

Thought someone would have mentioned Andrew the Bicentennial Man by now. He's in about the 5th row, 4 in from the left.
