In general, it's not possible to know whether an email will get to its recipients other than to send it and then watch for bounces. What is the reason for wanting to do this?

And even that isn't reliable; some servers will silently discard messages for nonexistent addresses, to thwart spammers who are on fishing expeditions for valid addresses.
