hi guys,

I am a pretty proficient java programmer. Now i want to widen my scope. I am confused whether to start with android or servlet/jsp?
please help me with that.....

P.S.: (i have heard somewhere that its difficult to get a job as a fresher in servlet/jsp?)

One isn't going to be better than the other. And getting an entry level job has challenges in any technology.

Go with what you're most interested in. You're more likely to apply yourself in a field that you care about, and thus in all likelihood to have a more promising career. Be prepared for change, though. Android development will die out during the span of your career, as will servlets/JSP, and most other forms of web development as we know them today. Adapt or die.
