Glassfish memory increasing because of one application. What could I do?

Hi,
I have one application deployed in Glassfish 2 which is consumming a large amount of memory. Along the day it becomes larger and larger, till Glassfish locks... then I have to kill the process and start the application server.
How could I find where the problems are in the application?
